- Talks to Rick who refuses to give them to Victor
-Nazi officers sing their anthem

IV. Climax
Lazlo is arrested
Rick give him letters so he can have IIsa
Lazlo is caught with letters
-Rick helps him escapse with IIsa
Realizes they should be together
-Rick lets him go with IIsa and letters of transit to the US
