Several eyewitnesses "(Andrews, Tracy, Heron, Pelser, Splaine, Devlin, and Goodridge)" had put Sacco around Braintree around the time of crime comitted. Some witnesses had said that Sacco looked like one of the bandits, but no one could make a positive identification. One of the bullets that was recovered could not have been administered from Sacco's gun. It obviously was administered from someone elses gun. An expert Proctor had said that "Bullet number3" was "linked with being administered through Sacco's gun."
Another expert named Van Amburgh noticed a scratch on Bullet number 3 that was likely made by a specific characteristic in the rifling barrel of Sacco's gun. A hat with a hole in it was picked up at the crime scene that looked like one that could be owned by Sacco. The hole could have been punctured by a nail at Sacco's business setting where he was usually hanging his cap at work. One of the witnesses "(Kelley)" had said that the cap looked the same in color and style hat that Sacco may have owned. When Sacco and Vanzetti were arrestedt, they had just gone to the house of the owner of a car auto shop where a figure "(Boda)"linked with a stolen car that was assumed to be the car used in the murder crime scene. It was later found in the woods near the owners residence around two days after the crime had taken place. Under an organized, the wife of the auto shop owner called police. Sacco and Vanzetti left. The opposing side said that they left because they were suspicious of the wife's actions and were afraid being linked to the Braintree murders occurring at the time. Sacco and Vanzetti are obviously guilty as proved by this evidence.
They are Italian anarchists that were notorious gangsters for murder and theft. The did not believe in governments. This all was also during the red scare were the US was afraid of communism. They were very un-American which is enough to put them away. They were very suspicious for being in the US because of their background.
