WOW

I do not see a problem with violent video games. As long as they have a label for Mature or something it is fine as along as they allow only appropriate players of a specific age to play. Believe it or not kids learn from playing games when they are based off of real stories or events. So why should they be banned in the first place or restricted or limited.

The games are created to be as realistic as possible with animations and audio and such. Video games give some kids perspective on what real war is like. These games may be very misleading due to the fact that in real life there is no reset button. But the intense battles in the game might not be how the battles are iraq. Video games present several man on man in person combat scenes. The perspective portrayed by the game should be a big deal so much to the point where games like this should be canceled, because what difference is that going to make. Does our perspective on how the war is, really matter, I mean what is it going to change? We have millions of troops and their families know what it is really like because they are just about experiencing it.
YOung adults and teens do not feel influenced by these video games in anyway what so ever. I asked a friend who is a frequent player of WOW and he said "it is honestly just an adrenaline rush of fun combat" -Friend. War is an interesting field to become involved in even if it is just video games. It is so interesting because it has a lot to do with reality and fighting always catches attention and interest.
